Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to No Drama Culture! By using our website and/or initiating a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Refund & Exchange Policy. Please review these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, we advise you to refrain from making any transactions on our website.

We may periodically update this policy, so we encourage you to review it regularly to stay informed of any changes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate an exchange or return, please follow the instructions below. Once approved, you will receive a notification via email, and our logistics partner will schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours.

Pick-up attempts will be made twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the item(s) back to us at your own cost. Please note that returns are subject to availability of reverse pick-up service in your area.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC). Upon passing the QC, your exchange or return will be processed accordingly. Exchanges are delivered within 7-10 working days.

Exchanges

  • If a size exchange is unavailable due to stock constraints, we will either offer a replacement product or issue store credit, which can be used online or at any of our retail stores.
  • If the product is found defective or damaged, you may also request an exchange for a new item of the same value.

Returns

  • Refunds are issued in the form of a credit note, which will be sent to your registered email. This credit can be used within 3 months on future purchases, either online or at our stores.
  • Products must be returned in the original condition. If the item appears worn or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Conditions for Exchanges/Returns:

  1. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  2. Brand tags, original packaging, and accessories must be intact and not tampered with.
  3. The product must not show any signs of stains, odor, damage, or alteration.
  4. Products bought as a set must be returned as a complete set.
  5. The return must be initiated against the original order, and the product should match our records.

If all conditions are met, we will facilitate the return through our reverse logistics partners. However, we reserve the right to reject requests if these conditions are not satisfied.

Cancellations:

  • COD Orders: Cancellation is only available before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final and non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued as store credits that are valid for 3 months.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
